Lab Fee
A $60.00 lab fee was collected with your university registration. It pays for software licenses and equipment maintenance of the computer lab.
Computer Labs
• The InsT lab is not part of USU’s open access computer lab system.
• DO NOT give door codes out to others or prop doors open. Contact the instructor for door access codes.
• DO NOT bring food and/or drink in the lab.
• Save backup copies of your work. Hard Drives may be reformatted at any time, without notice.
• Bring headphones if you need to play audio.
• Clean up after yourself. Push your chair in. Put the room back the way it should be. Shut down your
computer.
• Be considerate of other’s time, frustrations, and desire to work.
The YETC has all the programs we have and several other resources for your use. You may also use any other equipment available to you. We will be using Macintosh computers for this class, but most of the applications we learn are cross-platform.
Intellectual Honesty Policy
Any student found not completing their own work on examinations and assignments or submitting another student’s project ideas as their own, will not receive credit for the class and receive a letter grade of "F".
Students with Disabilities
If a student has a disability that will likely require some accommodation by the instructor, the student must contact the instructor and document the disability through the Disability Resource Center. In cooperation with the Disability Resource Center, course material may be provided in alternative formats -- large print, audio, diskette or Braille upon request.
